Jefferson County Historical Society Historical Village

Jefferson County Historical Society Historical Village is at 1411 N. 27th St. A museum and village depict life in Jefferson County as it was in the mid-1800s through the early 1900s. Original buildings and restorations include a one-room schoolhouse, Mount Olive Church, an 1820 jail, log cabins, an operating blacksmith shop and a general store. Also on the grounds are two nature trails and a cemetery.

Picnicking is permitted. Time: Allow 1 hour minimum.
