Whenever my friends or colleagues visit, Lou's is one of three iconic pizzas that I take them to for Chicago-style, deep-dish pizza.

For traditional deep-dish, Chicago-style pizza, Lou Malnati is a hallowed name in these parts. The signature "Buttercrust" is crispy and blends beautifully with the fresh mozzarella and tomatoes on each pie. The sausage pizza is a favorite and is loaded with spicy Italian sausage layered beneath the sauce and cheese on each slice. Pizzas take 30-45 minutes to prepare but it is well worth the wait! So order an appetizer, your favorite beverage and wait for the magic to happen.
