From the gorgeous encased crystal chandeliers and leather-wrapped dining tables to the rustic brick walls and Art Nouveau tile floor, this restaurant draws on Chicago's past, occupying a former 1890 print shop. The restaurant endeavors to offer the freshest organic and sustainable items possible. The menu is varied, with a variety of outstanding fish and seafood. Fresh fish, short ribs, venison, pork tenderloin, and duck breast also are offered on the seasonally changing menu.
