While the dining room was gorgeous and the food incredible, I enjoyed the melodious sounds of the piano and vocalists emanating from the lounge.

The chef's daily creations include jumbo fresh Florida stone crab claws, live Maine lobster, Australian cold water lobster tail, sesame-crusted ahi tuna, miso-glazed organic totem black cod, oysters Rockefeller, sautéed super-lump crab cake, juicy and flavorful Niman Ranch aged beef and a variety of delicious steamed sides including their signature Parmesan mashed potatoes.
