Indiana State Library

Indiana State Library is opposite the Capitol at 315 W. Ohio St. The facility houses more than 2 million volumes and 3 million manuscripts about Indiana. The building, a beautiful example of early 1930s Art Deco architecture, is constructed of Indiana limestone, sandstone and walnut. Tours are available by appointment.
