Colonel Harland Sanders Cafe & Museum, 1 mi. s. on US 25 off I-75 exit 29, is the original restaurant where Col. Sanders first served his fried chicken. The museum features the colonel’s office and kitchen where he experimented with pressure frying and created the recipe for his fried chicken with 11 herbs and spices. KFC memorabilia and artifacts are displayed.
