An 1870s street display offers a blacksmith shop, and another interprets life in the 1930s and features a barber shop and beauty salon as well as dentist and optometrist offices.

Other displays interpret the significance of Route 66 and local mining history; many crystals, rocks and stones discovered in nearby mines are displayed in the Tri-State Mining Gallery.
