Zachary Taylor National Cemetery

Zachary Taylor National Cemetery, .25 mi. w. off I-264 US 42 exit at 4701 Brownsboro Rd., contains the tomb of Zachary Taylor, hero of the Mexican War and 12th president of the United States. Though born in Virginia, Taylor spent his childhood years on a farm near Louisville.
