New Orleans Pharmacy Museum is at 514 Chartres St. Built in 1823 by Louis J. Dufilho Jr., the nation's first licensed pharmacist, this building displays exhibits focusing on the history of 19th-century pharmacies, medicine and healthcare in Louisiana. The museum also has a collection of voodoo potions and a garden of medicinal herbs.
