Off the fourth floor of this inn, which has been operating continuously since 1911, is a small covered deck that overlooks the harbor. A handicap/wheelchair lift is available to transport guests between the ground and second floors. Some small 'cozy double' rooms are a good value for one guest or a couple that doesn't mind the quaint space as a trade off to stay in the heart of town with many boutique shops, restaurants and art galleries just steps away. Rooms feature a modern décor package and granite-top bathroom vanities. Some complimentary off-street parking is availble a block and half away from the hotel.
