Mayflower II, moored at State Pier at Pilgrim Memorial State Park, is a reproduction of the ship that brought English colonists to Plymouth in 1620. An exhibition on the dock relates their story and that of the Wampanoag who lived on the land. On board the vessel modern guides discuss the reproduction ship's construction and its arrival in Plymouth in 1957. Costumed interpreters talk about the voyage, shipboard life in the 17th century and the colonists' first winter in the New World.
