This beautifully restored 1814 Federalist-style property features classic décor to enhance the feel of the period while being mindful of up-to-date amenities and luxury comforts. On the National Register of Historic Places, the home has served as a B&B for more than forty years. Designed by Thomas Lord, the inn is a great place to relax. The exquisitely furnished guest rooms range in size from cozy to spacious and each is unique and spectacular. The comfy bedding will ensure a restful sleep. Many of the bathrooms have a whirlpool or soaker tub and a hydro-massage shower; all bathrooms have heated tile floors. Breakfast is served daily in the country kitchen. Amenities include complimentary snacks and drinks, which include iced tea in the summer and mulled cider in the winter. A specialty gift shop is on the basement level.
