Built in 1883 as the Brookdale Mill, this restored structure maintains its original integrity complete with covered bridge, watermill and hewed stonewalls. The upscale interior has rich wood, leather banquettes and exposed wooden rafter ceiling. Downstairs offers refined service, while the upstairs lounge is more relaxed with multiple billiards tables. Steaks, pasta dishes and wood-grilled pizzas baked in their own brick oven are highlights of the season. Service is attentive and friendly.
