Fort Taber-Fort Rodman Military Museum

Fort Taber-Fort Rodman Military Museum, 1000 Rodney French Blvd., features historical photographs, soldier biographies, uniforms and weapons. Seasonal living-history programs, military re-enactments and other special events are frequently held on the nearly 50-acre site, which also offers views of Buzzards Bay and encompasses more than a mile of multipurpose trails, a fishing pier, a playground, picnic areas and a beach.

Guided tours are available. Recreational activities are permitted. Picnicking is permitted. Time: Allow 30 minutes minimum.
