AAA Editor Notes
Jewish Museum of Maryland, 15 Lloyd St. at the Herbert Bearman Campus, encompasses the 1845 Lloyd Street Synagogue, the country's third oldest surviving synagogue, and the 1876 B'nai Israel Synagogue, which still has an active congregation. The museum maintains documents, objects and photographs related to the 350-year history of Jewry in Maryland. Three galleries host permanent and temporary exhibitions about local and national Jewish culture and history topics. Special events are offered.

Guided tours are available. Time: Allow 1 hour minimum.
