AAA Inspector Notes
Slightly north of where the boardwalk ends, this oceanfront hotel has a grand nostalgic feel recalling a bygone era in its Victorian lobby and a wide beachfront veranda stocked with rocking chairs. Afternoon tea and crumpets in the lobby is a great way to end a day on the beach and a piano player and sing-along in the lobby (Wednesday through Sunday in season, Thursday through Saturday in the off-season) ends the evening with a smile. Large guest rooms and suites, all with oceanfront balconies or patios, are decorated in soothing colors that recall the sea.
Smoke free premises. 234 units, some efficiencies. 11 stories, interior/exterior corridors. Accessibility (Call).
