This family-owned motel is virtually oceanfront, only separated by the small parking lot. Guest rooms have balcony or patio seating overlooking the beach and courtyard pool area. Guests are greeted with fresh popcorn at check in, and have both the beach and Old Orchard Beach recreation steps away from their room. The motel is typically open mid-April thru Columbus Day Weekend.
