Weisman Art Museum is at 333 E. River Rd. on the Minneapolis campus of the University of Minnesota. Designed by architect Frank Gehry, this angular stainless-steel building houses a wide range of art, including American modernist works, Native American art, ceramics and Mimbres pottery. Many local artists also are showcased. The 1-hour guided tour is well worth taking.
