Gibbs Museum of Pioneer and Dakotah Life

Gibbs Museum of Pioneer and Dakotah Life is at 2097 Larpenteur Ave. W. near Cleveland Ave. Depicting a prosperous pioneer-era farm complete with resident animals, this complex includes a mid-19th-century farmhouse, tools used during the era, a garden, a one-room schoolhouse built in 1878, a sod house, a Dakota tepee and a bark lodge.
