Moses H. Cone Memorial Park and Parkway Craft Center

Moses H. Cone Memorial Park and Parkway Craft Center is at Milepost 294, 3 mi. w. of Blowing Rock, N.C. The park features 25 miles of trails and panoramic views. The Parkway Craft Center occupies Moses Cone's former manor house and is operated by the Southern Highland Craft Guild. Cone, a wealthy textile manufacturer, built his country estate at the turn of the 20th century. Traditional handmade crafts are available for purchase and demonstrated throughout the season.
