Seating for the rooftop lounge spills out onto a terrace, affording terrific views of the neighborhood.
AAA Inspector Notes
A wall of greenery, dramatic spiral staircase and eye-catching artwork set the scene for many an Instagrammable moment at this posh hotel tucked into a neighborhood a short walk from the mall. The mezzanine-level restaurant serves three meals daily, and the lounge frequently hosts live music during happy hour. The rooftop restaurant is a hot spot for upscale Japanese-inspired fare, complete with live-fire cooking on a robata grill, and lounge seating on a terrace with terrific views. The compact rooms sport a luxe, modern vibe, with plush bedding and glamorous black-tiled showers. Standard king rooms are the best bet for the corporate traveler; they have a sofa and small task table. Seating in a standard, two-queen-beds room is restricted to the luggage bench; you’ll have to pile the pillows up in bed to veg out and watch the 55” TV. Premium kings feature a peekaboo shower centered in the guest room; the glass is tinted so your privacy is preserved—just barely! A few one-bedroom suites are available.
Smoke free premises. 175 units. 9 stories, interior corridors. Accessibility (Call).
