The grand 1915 historic home, replete with elegant charm, is in Myers Park, a quiet neighborhood close to downtown filled with picturesque homes and winding streets. Most rooms are spacious, and some feature a large screened-in veranda overlooking the manicured gardens. Some bathrooms have marble floors, soaking tubs and separate showers. Third-floor rooms are tucked under the eaves of the roof, giving them interesting ceiling angles and little nooks at the dormer windows.
