It comprises the Cotton Museum, Farm History Center, carriage house, livestock barn, plank kitchen, cemetery, gardens, a tenant house, nature walking trails, Nubian goats, a pecan grove and the Oak View Farmhouse, an 1855 Greek Revival structure.
