It’s a true umami experience when I dine here. The nigiri, each with a different type of glaze, is the standout for me!

This tiny restaurant has a simple clean design where the focus is on the highest quality, fresh fish mostly flown in daily from Japan. There is either a seven or nine course set menu, both available with sake pairings. Be prepared to be wowed with an out-of-the-ordinary experience and amazing flavors. Servers go out of their way to make sure you have everything you need.
