AAA Editor Notes
The Frost Place, off I-93 exit 38 to SR 116, following signs to Bickford Hill and Ridge rds., is the house that poet Robert Frost purchased after his 1915 return from England. Two rooms contain memorabilia, including signed first editions of each of his books. A narrated video, a self-guiding tour of the 1859 farmhouse and a quarter-mile nature trail marked with many of the poet's works create a detailed impression of Frost. Each summer a resident poet lives and writes in a private section of the house and gives readings in the old barn.
