Cayuga Museum & Case Research Lab

Cayuga Museum & Case Research Lab, 203 Genesee St., has changing and permanent Cayuga County history displays and 19th-century furnishings. The Case Research Laboratory, site of the invention of early sound motion pictures, is on the grounds. The Carriage House Theater, an 1850 brick carriage house, served as a theater in the 1940s, '50s and '60s.
