Neversink Valley Museum of History and Innovation is at 26 Hoag Rd. in the D&H Canal Park. Within a 300-acre historical park that includes a 1-mile portion of the D&H Canal, the museum contains exhibits and photographs as well as miniature replicas and artifacts pertaining to area history and the canal's importance to community development. A highlight is an exhibit about film-making from the 1890s to 1915. A self-guiding canal walking tour is available.
