If looking to splurge on the kids when coming to Manhattan it doesn't get much better than this jewel box which Eloise called home. A dream spot.
AAA Inspector Notes
Guest rooms and baths at this iconic, luxury hotel are grandly opulent, with lustrous fixtures, crystal chandeliers and an iPad that can act as an in-room butler and concierge. Elegant lobby spaces include the stunning Palm Court restaurant as well as the fun and casual food courts in the cellar. Family friendly and oh-so whimsical Eloise, the famed children's character, who fictionally resides at the property, has her own signature suite in room 1832. It's much in-demand with the kindergarten set, decorated for posh sleepovers by designer Betsy Johnson, and staying there is a one-of-a-kind New York experience. A quintessential Gotham experience.
Smoke free premises. 282 units, some two bedrooms and kitchens. 21 stories, interior corridors. Accessibility (Call).
