With a name that translates to blue goose, this artsy eatery is the perfect embodiment of TriBeCa — tastefully decorated with high ceilings, relaxed and not all that cheap. The Austrian fare is excellent. There is an ample cool quotient found here, drawing a crowd that ranges from out-of-towners to neighborhood families.
