Delivering traditional favorites with regional overtones, Da Noi serves dishes with satisfyingly robust flavors. The service is diligent and the décor is elegantly refined. Grilled fish, Parmesan-crusted veal and pasta with garlic shrimp are standouts. There are four locations: in Midtown Manhattan, in Bayonne, N.J., one near the Verrazano-Narrows Bridge and one on the West Shore near the major Staten Island hotels. The menus are very similar but menu pricing is higher in Manhattan.
