Get a taste of down-home comfort food at this no-frills barbecue joint that's been a fixture here since 1963. Eastern North Carolina-style pulled pork barbecue is the backbone of the menu, served with a tangy vinegar-based sauce, a side of coleslaw and hush puppies. Fried flounder, barbecue chicken, ribs and Brunswick stew round out the offerings. The homemade banana pudding is a sweet finish to any meal. Dinner is served Thursday through Saturday.
