Do good while you eat well. This not-for-profit café donates its proceeds to community programs that fight hunger and offer job training. First-class fare is made from fresh ingredients. Many entrées, such as delectable fried chicken and pork chops are offered á la carte, with an option to add on three sides from a list of temptations such as mac and cheese and butternut squash casserole. Other seasonal selections may include fare such as shrimp and grits or chicken gumbo. The lunch menu is centered around salads, a few sandwiches such as a shrimp po’boy, and a handful of dinner entrées.
