Housed in a 1920s fire station, this pizza joint pairs a lively, communal atmosphere with upscale ingredients, many of which are made in-house or sourced locally. The authentic Italian wood ovens blast the Neapolitan-style pizzas with 800-degree heat, producing crispy, cracker-thin crusts loaded with flavor. Build your own pie or opt for one of the chef’s creations. The White Florian is cheesy, garlicky goodness. Everything on the menu is so yummy; either bring a big appetite or several friends so you can sample lots. Tomato basil soup, a mozzarella "yarn ball," house-made cannoli and gelato—all so good! The wine list highlights Italian wines, of course, and craft beer is on tap, with many local labels.
