Shultz Shoemaker Shop, 712 S. Main St., was built in 1827 by Samuel Shultz and is part of the Old Salem Museums & Gardens complex. After operating his shoemaking business from his home for 8 years, Shultz built the separate shop next door, where he also made other leather items. Shoemaking is demonstrated.
