Province House is at 1726 Hollis St. This example of Georgian architecture is considered the oldest legislative building in Canada. The 1818 house contains portraits and historical relics. Nova Scotia's legislative assembly has met in the building since 1819. Legislative sessions are held in the spring and fall and are open to the public.

Guided tours are available. Time: Allow 30 minutes minimum.
