AAA Inspector Notes
Set on the shores of beautiful Northumberland Strait, guest units include log cabins, modern motel rooms, executive chalets and deluxe two-bedroom suites, all built in different eras. The 1920s log cabins are full of rustic, vintage charm, offering a screened porch with views of the water, a wood-burning, stone fireplace in the living room, a small kitchenette, and three bedrooms, each with its own minuscule, shower-only bathroom. More modern styling and conveniences can be found in the chalets, offering two or three bedrooms with living room and kitchen, or in the Birches, which offer a typical hotel room-style layout. The Cedar Court units offer one- or two-bedroom suites with a separate living room. Outdoor activities abound, with kayaks, canoes, pedal boats, stand-up paddle boards offered, plus beach volleyball, a giant checkers set, and a small playground with swings, slides and sandbox.
Smoke free premises. 58 units, some two bedrooms, three bedrooms, efficiencies, kitchens and cottages. 1 story, exterior corridors.
