AAA Inspector Notes
Antiques and original artwork abound in the compact rooms of this modest inn, built in 1865 as a store with a living quarters on the upper floors. A few rooms afford views of the waterfront. The tiny en suite bathrooms feature shower stalls and pedestal sinks. Continental breakfast is served on vintage, bone china in the elegant dining room. The rear deck overlooks the gardens, and is a great spot to relax with a book from the hosts' library. This is a four-story building with no elevator and lots of stairs, so pack lightly or you will get even more of a workout as you ascend to your room. Call the inn directly to make your reservation and show your card at check-in in order to receive a CAA/AAA discount.
Smoke free premises. 11 units. 4 stories (no elevator), interior corridors. Bath: shower only.
