On the 106th floor, 800 feet above the Las Vegas skyline, diners are treated to spectacular views from this dining room that revolves 360 degrees every 120 minutes. Starters include fresh seafood like oysters, shrimp cocktail and sushi. Other options are wild mushroom ravioli, whipped feta cheese, lobster bisque or a variety of salads. Fine cuts of beef are featured from ranches all over the United States. There are other entrées like salmon or bison short rib as well. Most require the ordering of a side dish. Service is nicely executed.
