I love the Chinatown location, dazzling roof lounge and trendy artistic décor - it all makes for a very appealing Lower East Side destination.
AAA Inspector Notes
Smartly attuned to its Chinatown surroundings in a way that is fresh and highly invigorating, the signature style makes a strong contemporary statement. Rooms are very airy, bright and comfortable. Towering above the ancient tenements and small Chinatown retail shops built well over a century ago, the hotel has on display some of the fascinating Old New York artifacts which were found when excavating the building site. The comfortable rooftop lounge offers a spectacular aerial view of the adjacent Manhattan Bridge, fanning out beautifully symmetrical on the street just below the hotel. The bridge offers very speedy vehicular access to Downtown Brooklyn destinations, while some of the best new Manhattan restaurants and the hip retail of Soho and the Lower East Side are also at the doorstep. Highly recommended for those who would like to experience a fascinating new take on a historical part of Manhattan.
