Montgomery's Inn, 3.5 km (2.2 mi.) e. of jct. Hwy. 427 and Regional Rd. 5 (Hwy. 5) at 4709 Dundas St. W., was built around 1830. The inn is restored to the 1847-50 period and depicts the lifestyle of country innkeeper Thomas Montgomery. Various events include art exhibitions, author readings, a monthly pub night and a ukulele night. There's a farmers market Wednesday, year-round. Afternoon tea is served on Sundays.
