Ruthven Park

Ruthven Park, 243 CR 54, is a 19th-century Greek Revival mansion overlooking the Grand River. An ongoing preservation project, including active conservation and archeological research, allows visitors to see how life changed for the five generations of the Thompson family who lived here 1845-1993. Nature trails and forests offer opportunities for hiking and bird-watching on the estate's 607 hectares (1,500 acres).

Guided tours are available. Picnicking is permitted. Time: Allow 1 hour minimum.
