Marineland

Marineland, 7657 Portage Rd., is known for its educational presentations, which features dolphins, beluga whales and sea lions. There also are a penguin exhibit, freshwater fish display and wildlife displays with bears, elk, buffalo and deer. At the interactive whale habitat Arctic Cove, visitors can touch and feed beluga whales; they may feed bears, fish and ducks in other areas of the park. Guests can view an orca up close at Friendship Cove.

The park has a splash park and 17 rides, although most are geared towards children; various height restrictions apply. Adult rides include Dragon Mountain, a large steel roller coaster, and Sky Screamer, a triple tower ride that takes you up 137 meters (450 feet).

Picnicking is permitted. Food is available.
