Leacock Museum National Historic Site, e. off Hwy. 12B on Old Brewery Bay to 50 Museum Dr., is the 19-room Colonial-style mansion built in 1928 by one of Canada's best known humorists and authors. A national historic site, the museum contains many of his books, manuscripts, belongings and private papers. A reconstruction of the author's boathouse also is on the site.

Picnicking is permitted. Food is available. Time: Allow 1 hour minimum.
