Grey Roots Museum and Archives is s. on Hwy. 6/10, then w. to 102599 Grey Rd. 18 at jct. Inglis Falls Rd. This multipurpose center contains Grey County's museum, archives and tourist information center. The museum provides exhibits and interactive displays about county history, especially as it pertains to natural resources. Local heroes also are remembered. A film about the area's history, culture and recreational activities is shown throughout the day. Next door to the museum, the Moreston Heritage Village features more than 10 heritage buildings representing life from the mid-19th century to the 1920s. There’s a farmhouse with barn, hen house and animals, a couple of log houses, blacksmiths shops, a sawmill, schoolhouse and the Moore & Muir Engine Works.

Picnicking is permitted. Time: Allow 30 minutes minimum.
