Lake Superior Provincial Park, s. on Hwy. 17, is a rugged wilderness area on the northeastern shore of Lake Superior. Covering 1,565 square kilometres (600 sq. mi.), the park is traversed from north to south by Hwy. 17. Brook and lake trout fishing and hunting are permitted in season.
Nature programs, nature walks and interpretive talks are offered July through August. A trail leads to Agawa Rock, site of Agawa Nation pictographs.
