Otter Crest State Scenic Viewpoint is on Cape Foulweather on US 101. Otter Crest, a bold, flat-topped rock rising 453 feet above the tide, offers spectacular views of sandy beaches, surf and the rocky shore where sea otters once dwelt. It is now inhabited by seals, sea lions and birds. Gray whales can often be seen from this location.
