AAA Editor Notes
Westmoreland Museum of American Art, 221 N. Main St., features more than 3,400 pieces of American and southwestern Pennsylvania paintings, sculpture, drawings, prints and decorative arts. The collection includes works by Mary Cassatt, George Hetzel, Louis Comfort Tiffany and Benjamin West. The Center for Creative Connections provides hands-on activities related to the exhibits in the gallery and includes Creation Station, a mobile art-making experience that moves around the museum. Several changing exhibits are presented each year.

Guided tours are available by appointment (requires a minimum of six participants).
