This celebrated restaurant from chef Marc Vetri offers a $165 multi-course tasting menu, which takes at least two hours to enjoy. The menu changes often to reflect the freshest seasonal ingredients, but the Swiss chard gnocchi is a staple that will melt in your mouth during the pasta course. If you have trouble making food or wine decisions, your server will be your conductor throughout this amazing culinary symphony. Vegetarians and other dietary restrictions are easily accommodated. Also note that the freshly baked breads, homemade pasta and pastries have all been created using sustainable, house-milled grains. Lunch is now served on Friday at $85 a person.
