AAA Editor Notes
Carnegie Library of Pittsburgh, 4400 Forbes Ave., was constructed in 1895 and is one of the nation's foremost public libraries. It contains nearly 5 million items, including archives, audio recordings, books, electronic resources, magazines, newspapers and photographs. Cultural, educational and recreational programs also are offered throughout the year.
