Historic. Choose from two dining experiences in this historic fieldstone building, a former stagecoach tavern that's been serving its guests continuously since 1796. Head to the rear Grill Room, a lounge offering more contemporary décor, or dine in one of the front rooms for a more formal meal. If you choose the latter, you'll dine by candlelight amid fireplaces, soft padded damask-print walls and ship paintings. The surf and turf, crab imperial and Roquefort steak come highly recommended.
